Outsurance
Payout of damage

I am not an outsurance client but my car was hit by an outsurance client 3 months ago. Outsuance did contact me to get the quote for the repairs on the car. They are going to do third party payment. They phoned me Monday 2 September and said i am getting R7800. they will pay it directly to me. I am still waiting so I phoned them. They can't find my file so they can't pay out the money. I am on the system, but no one knows where my file is. How does that work. I have been waiting very long and patiently to fix my car. Please help
