Still not impressed with Outsurance

This is the 2nd time i'm writing about the poor service provided by Outsurance. Saturday 7th Dec. will be 3 weeks since my house was flooded and we have not received a cent in compensation to date. After my 1st complaint Xinilia from Outsurance apologised for the poor service and promised that all the assessment service providers will be contacted and i would receive an email with all her contact details on and she would be the person responsible for the claim. Well, still no email and all i get is 'out of office' replies. I've left 5 messages and still no one calls back. I couldn't imagine an experience any worse... I think the only way to get them to show some urgency is to either contact an ombudsman or an attorney. And to make it even worse my son ripped his foot open on the carpet grips that were left in for new carpets but your insurance company is so useless that they take 3 weeks and still no payment in site. My mother keeps telling me you have your health. Yes, we have our health but our insurance company is sick...
