No feedback and bad attitude on NEDBANK'S MISTAKE

On the 31 Dec I bought a prepaid Vodacom Data bundle with internet baking future dated 1st Jan. 2nd: It still hadn't come through so I called customer care. I was told to wait 24 hours and see if it came through - possibly due to the public holiday. 3rd: Called again and the issue was 'escalated' and I was told it should be resolved in 24-48 hours. 4th: called again and was THEN told it would take 10 working days to resolve the issue. Seriously? 10 days?!? Told to call back on the 6th, which I did. 6th: Again, told 10 working days; very rude operator that morning! I called back that afternoon hoping to speak to someone decent and ask for Nedbank to rather refund me. Data is only valid until the last day of the following month, and since I am not in the country next month, it's actually no longer worth loading it on. I was told the technical department would get back to me about this. It is now the 12th and I haven't even had the courtesy of a single call following up with my issue, or an apology for the stuff up!! I am VERY disappointed! I've spent quite a lot of time and money on calls trying to straighten this out!! AND since I don't have data, I've had much higher airtime costs!
