I had purchased a data bundle in store, It was deducted off my bank account, I normally receive an sms immediatly stating that my data bundle is activated, however i never received anything assuming that the network is just slow i went hme, two hours later and still no sms i called custimer care and they refused to help me because they cant track it, i was then told to wait a few hours and call again, after a 2nd call l was told i must sort it out with my bank and reverse it, I then called the store in the morning and they said that they would get back to me another hour later and i called again, i was told again that they would call me, 2hours later and im now told that they have to do it manually, im still waiting for my data... im highly dissapointed in vodacoms laxsy daisy attitude towards their customers, where as i had to purchase airtime when i normally use my data, i need my data to receive work emails as well..so now i have to go another day without my data and wait till somebody decides to fix the problem!
