Hi. I purchased a 250MB vodacom data bundle for R99 via internet banking on the 27th of December. Although it went off my bank acc, I didn't receive the bundle. On the 28th I logged a call with customer care. I was told someone would contact me & the issue would be resolved within 48 hrs. This did not happen. The following Monday or Tuesday, I phoned again & I was told the issue would be attended to & I should expect feedback within 7 working days. It has now been a total of about 10 working days since I first logged a call & no-one has contacted me. I feel quite ridiculous complaining about R99, but the fact is I didn't get what I paid for & I'm not going to keep phoning Nedbank to sort this out. Please guys, either give me the data bundle or refund the money. Thanks.
