I registered a claim in September 2012. it was a bump on the right front and the front light damaged. i went to have it assessed it was okay-ed and all i needed was an authorisation from the panel beaters. i took the car through and i was told to wait until the car could be brought in... no reply from regent every time i phoned the said they would get back no on ever phoned me back... since then 2 people have resigned and still no call back. ive cancelled my insurance because of the shocking service
