ATM's not working

Good day
i went to your Nedbank branch to draw at your ATM the one next to Spec Savers today both ATM's where not working, only the one that provided statement was working.
when I went inside to explain the situation the lady at inquires told me in needed my ID to draw, I explained to her that I only have my driver's licence and don't carry my ID she said they can't helped me.
I had to walk another distance to go the other side of the mail in order for me to use one of your ATM's.
What upset me is that I did not plan for your ATM's to be offline but I don't carry my ID with me everywhere I go, my driver's licence should serve the same purpose as my ID.
I'm APPULLED BY THE SERVICE I RECIVED TODAY AT YOUR BRANCH
