Don't insure with Regent Insurance

My car was involved in an accident on the 1st September 2013 and subsequently written-off. But to date and despite signing the Agreement of Loss, Regent has not paid out. This must be the worst insurance I have ever done business with. I advise anyone to move from Regent to other Insurance companies if they want a peace of mind
