Dial242 is a!!!

I had a problem with this company debiting my account without me having any sort of account with them. This happened last year and I went to the bank to reverse the money and I blocked them. Now they have managed to debit my account again this month. Who are these people and why do they keep hacking into our accounts without no reason? I can't always be going to the bank because of them and their ways. Will someone please help me on how I can stop this from happening again.
