Ivesha at Regent has promised to have someone call me, promised to call me back, sort out a new authorisation number with the panel beater, email me individual email address so I can communicate directly, and after 4 weeks of trying to get any kind of response, I'm still no closer to resolution. Brigette has phone me twice today and kept me on hold or hanging on to a cut off line (who knows!) There doesn't seem to be anyone who has the power to re-issue an updated authorisation number and then communicate that to me. I dare someone to dispute this. Bearing in mind, this LandRover sat for 14 months waiting for legal debate on the engine, yes - Regent you were paid for 14 months and we didn't use the vehicle. Regent can only pat themselves on the back if/when I find another insurance company
