The incident happen of on 22.04.2013, when the company track heat me at back of my car on a stationary traffic. Still today my matter is not been resolved i wonder if they treat they direct customer like this. I have given them every document that they need to process the claim, My argument is that they want me to use the non approved V.W panel beaters, in mind of loosing my warranty i refuse, i even got the letter from V.W confirming the warranty, this was indicated to them even before they started with the claim. Which one of the quote was made with the V.W approved panel beaters hence it the only one in Witbank. They sent someone to assess the car, course they thought it was expensive again i to get a third which out side from witbank from V.W approved panel beaters. which cost more or less than the first quote.
Till now my car is not fix and refusing to pay the damages on my windshield course it had chip on is as i was told
just wonder how do they handle they direct client claim, very much disappointing with this regard.
very poor service if you are with regent insurance get out while you can they simple not playing they part to be a insurance provider, VERY POOR
