Over a month and I still no service

I phoned ABSA Idirect to report a leak in my bathroom. This was in early December and was told an assessor will be sent out to me. A lady phoned me to arrange a time and date and again to confirm, this was great service, the assessor come and said to me a plumber would have to be called. He left. I waited. After Christmas and the new year I had still heard nothing! I decided to follow up. Sense the 3rd of January 2014 I have been phoning countless times everyday to try fined out what is happening.when I do manage to speak to a real person from the right department I get told a man named Richard was handling my claim and I have to talk to him. I have left messages, tried to hold on the phone for him I just keep getting cut off and moved from one department to another I have literally begged the person on the other side of the phone to please just help me and I have been promised Richard will phone me. I just do not know what to do anymore. I have never ever been so frustrated with anything before. I am at my whits end. I hope this message falls in the right lap because I can not go another week with this I shouldn't have to. Very poor custermer service.
