Appauling service from ABSA

I filed a claimed in December for geyser and storm damage. An assessor was sent out, and I have had no response since that time. The Assessor's company who would do the repairs have also had no response.
I called the claims department numorous times (over 20 times) to no avail and I'm simply put on hold for over 30min until my airtime runs out. When I did finally get through i spoke to many unhelpful consultants including a lady called Suzan. Since my initial conversation with her she has not responded to any of my messages, emails and phone calls.
I am now really frustrated because nobody is saying anything. I am at the point where i want to cancel my insurance with ABSA!!!
Previous claims have been handled well so this behaviour is out of the norm, but this behaviour is completely unacceptable!
