Leaving message and no reply back batteling for 3

I tried phoning Outsurance on the 8th only got through from 10 Oclock at 13h15, lodged complaint of geyser.
On the 9th I phoned outsurance again leaving a number a messages from 08h00 in Morning, Puse Busang only replied at 16h00 in the afternoon. I left messages for Manager to phone me and up till now no manager has phoned me. Now today the 10th the same thing is happening again, all manager number that is given to me just goes to a voice recording and then I get back to a message centre where I need to leave a message.
I don't want to leave anymore messages as they are in vine as I don't get any response. How can I have faith in such a big company if they cant even return my phone calls in regards to my claim, today is day 3 of lodging my claim, now lets wait and see how long it will take to get this sorted out.
