No feedback on claim submitted on vehicle

Accident happened on the the 11th December 2013, the car was collected and towed to the panelbeaters on the 13th December 2013. Up to now we still had no feedback if Miway is going to repair the vehicle or what the assessed damage is. I have been phoning every week and have been told every time that the person that is handling my claim, Karin Nel, will contact me. She has not phoned me once. I have sent two emails to the customer care email adress and placed a query online regarding my claim. The assessor has already been to the car and submitted his report, this we found out by litterly driving to the panel beaters ourselves to find out what were being done about the car. I have left numerous messages and even had someone personally walk to Karin Nel to say she must phone me, while I was holding on the phone, so it is not as if this lady does not know I am trying to get hold of her, she just do NOT phone me back. I pay a big premium each month for the last two years being with miway, this is the first claim I ever had to put in and I am putting this on record that as soon as my car is fixed, I WILL be changing Insurance companies, the claims department is really pathetic.
