Insurance paid up to date-NO RESPONSE TO CLAIM

I claimed for hail damage to my roof in December. An assessor was sent out, and I have had no response since that time. The assessor company were only send for the roof and nobody for the other damages The Assessor's company who would do the repairs have also had no response.
I have left messages at the helpdesk and been assured the situation would be sorted out to no avail.
I have called their Homeowners helpdesk number many times since December, and although I get through, no consultant ever answers the phone.
Called today the lady answer the phone she only takes messages, will hand it over to the relevant person, how ABSA operate like that cant understand
I am now really frustrated.
Previous claims have been handled well so this behaviour is out of the norm, but not acceptable.
