FNB Bad Service yet again

I had a credit card which was handed over to the attorney. I pay the attorney every month without fail, but FNB continue to deduct money from my account, approximately every 3 months. I have to fight with the bank, making many phone calls, and being put on hold, and it always takes time for me to get the money refunded to me. In September (the last time it happened) FNB sent me an apology letter, promising that they would correct their systems and that it would never happen again, but yet again it has happened.
