Standard Bank
Account paid full but want more money

I had a credit card with standard bank which was handed to a collection attorney. I made an arrangement with them and settle the account on the 6th of December 2012. Today I gt a call from a different collection attorney to say that I still owe Standard bank for the credit card I have paid in full. In the beginning of the year I sent emails back and forth to Standard bank and the first collectors with the proof of payment and to date they have not assigned the payment to my account and they keep on promissing that they will "look into the matter". Someone is not doing there job I just don't no who and now they want me to pay them again?
