Inefficiency with regards to bank charges

I have requested in writing that my current account monthly statement and my credit card statement be emailed to me, and that my account be changed to an Elite Plus Current Account.
My current account monthly statement is still being sent via mail to me, and I am being charged for it at R9.00 per month. My credit card statement is emailed to me. I am also not getting the rebate on my monthly bank charges that I was promised when changing to an Elite Plus account. I do not have time to go into the bank each time to correct this, as it takes hours to see a consultant. I have done so on at least 2 occasions and have had the charges reversed, after visiting the bank.
I have also asked for no marketing calls, SMSs and emails. This has not happened as I still get marketing calls and SMSs. When I am out the country and on roaming, I am thus paying for Standard Banks marketing calls. What do I have to do to get the services that I have requested, and to get my money back from Standard Bank, since it is their inefficiency that is costing me money.
