Wrong hand over to attorney

I had chq acc with fnb and late last i have my salary to other bank.i left my account open and make some deposit on that account. In may i have made R3000 deposit and this week sars made deposit on that accout of R40000 and now the bank said they will take outstanding of 29000.00 and now they tell me that i must pay legal fees because they handed my file to attornyes. I ask them why and they just rude and say i sort it out with attorney. ATTORNEY did get this money from. I did. arrange for that
