MONEY DEDUCTED DOUBLE FOR THE 5TH TIME!!!

This is now completely out of hand. since last year September every single time I paid with my card online, they deduct the funds twice. I was assured the problem was resolved, again it happened and again, and so it continued. I then reverted to go pay cash in the bank to avoid this!! Kulula did away with cash payments, and you forced to use your card. Sure as, I paid with my card on the 26th June, once again they double deduct my account. And to top this, this is every single month when it is time for debit orders!!! All they say is they apologise, and give a letter to the bank to try and clear the fact that there is unpaid debit orders, This account is purely used for debit orders, and now again my medical aid will be returned as Kulula deducted R2912 from this again!! The fact is whether I receive a letter from them, when I apply for credit I have unpaid accounts reflecting on my statement. I will go to the ombudsman, and I want to Warn all of the people who is dealing with kulula to be careful, as they double deduct, and then it takes a month to have this resolved!! I will lay a charge as it must be the CC agent if they systems are fixed! BE CAREFULL!
