I had taken up a medical aid gap cover which was a debit of R88 per month going off my account, during the agents explaination he spoke of off a tracking device of which I had no interest for, I clearly stated I don't want no extras, the agent spoke of 30 days free and continued with his discussion, after a month I receive a letter in my post regards to me starting to be debited R49 a month for a tracking device which I did not even request. I have made countless attempts to this company as to stop this tracking because I won't need that. Tried contacting all the numbers on the documents they gave to me I follow the voice prompts expecting to speak to a person yet I always end up reaching, "we are currently experiencing high call volumes please leave your name and number and we will contact you", on my first attempt I did so almost 5 months now no has tried calling. I feel this sort of customer is putrid and against consumer protection act. Why do you have so called departments like, "corprate enquiries or consumer sales enquiries", if you employ an answer machine to assist your customers. Talksure trading your operation of business is PATHETIC! Stop debiting my account!
