Consent of rescission

Please can someone help me.

I have paid up my credit card Via legator McKenna. They have gave me settlement letter. I have called FNB and was asked to send a email to ED assist which I did. The email from Ed assist responded telling me that the attorney has not paid the money to FNB as yet. I called the attorney and was told that they will only pay FNB on the 31st July. Now the attorney wants to charge me 600 for a letter when I can get this free from the bank.

Now my attorney needs this letter to proceed with court and I am going back and front. I need the letter and who do I talk to or do I have to wait until the 31 July

Please assist me as I dealt with FNB, not these attorneys.
