Double Card Deductions

Good Day

When I make purchases on my debit card or ternasfers the money is then deducted form my avaialable balance. However a few days later when the slip is banked by the retaikler the deduction then comes off my avaialable balance as well.

I has the savings pocket and oftern transfers funds between the two accounts.

When transferring an amount eg R500 I will never get the full amopunt as previous amnounts are being deducted.

this happens for all transactions and I are now very weary of how mucgh money I have actually been robbed of in the past year due to this.
