On the 23/11/2013 I submitted a claim for my phone and up until this date it seems we are playing hide and seek. I have been calling on a few occasions to find out the status of my claim and I get told that it was submitted to the underwriters, at some point I was advised that the claim might be declined due to the fact that I reported it after 30 days.
At this point as I type this email I have been on the call with Petunia for the past 1:05:17 minutes and according to her am not the only person with the claim that is old and have no feedback, I have asked to speak to someone in a management position in that call centre and I get told they are busy... When asked that if there are a lot of other people with the same query that are as furious as I am does it make it right or is that a way of saying "shut up you not alone" she couldn't answer. Team leader has advised that s/he is busy which to me sounds like there are more important things your staff can do than assisting a frustrated customer. Which makes me then sit and wonder what exactly is customer service? What's the point of having insurance if you still suffer with it but pop out money every month? What exactly am I paying4
