I called the call centre to submit a claim on a damaged cell phone, and was told to fill in a claim form and submit same and someone will call me back to finalise the claim. I did this on the 6th January 2014. I received an email stating the claim was received and I would get a call on the day, that was on the 7th January. To date I have had no calls or any feedback with regards to the claim. I did email the claims team leader and claims facilitator on Monday, they asked the staff to followup and revert back to me. I called again to follow up, they cant help me. NOTHING. This is the second time this is happening to me... CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TAKE RESPONSIBILITY...
