I lost my phone on the 3Jan 2013, i stopped my phone the same day and went to the police station the following day, i put through a claim on the 7jan 2013, when i called on the 10Jan 2013, I'm advised that my claim has been declined because the simcard was last used on the 30Dec 2012, I was accused of being a by the insurance consultant his name is Paul, I'm disguisted by the service i received, i have been a loyal customer to MTN for the past 3years, have not missed a debit order for my phone and insurance and is this the service i get from mtn and there insurance company, from the 30dec i was in eastern cape and couldnt use my phone and simcard because of the network in the mountains i was in, i switched off my phone from that time, and i started using my other phone and number i have with mtn, I WANT THIS CLAIM TO BE LOOKED INTO AGAIN, AS I WANT MY PHONE, I WOULD NOT PAY FOR A PHONE THAT I DON'T HAVE, WHICH I HAVE INSURANCE ON, MTN AND 24HR MOBILITY STOP BEING AND GIVE ME MY PHONE!!!
