On the 4th Feb i submitted my cellphone to MTN columbine square my service provider for a claim due to an accident that occured with the phone over that weekend. after several follow ups that i initiated with the MTN branch i was told that 24 hour mobility my insurance cover company changed the procedure and would collect the phone from my house in order for claim to be assesed and procesed. two weeks later still no collection was done, i esclated to Petunia at MTN who then got 24 hour mobility to call me. the consultant advised me then that there were missing the incident date for the claim which was the cause of the delay and that he would email me banking details as i needed to pay an excess of R150 before the phone could be collected by a courier. a week passed again and yet no collection. i called 24 hour mobility call centre this time and was then advised by aother consultant that in fact they were waiting for authorisation first before a courier could be insturcted to collect the phone and that the usual SLA would be 48 hours, he then said the initial consultant did not advise me correctly and that by COB tuesday i would receive a call. today is friday and no call???
