UNBELIEVABLE AND FRUSTRATING!!!

This is not the first time that I needed to call to have the "collections letter fee" removed!!! My payments was paid on time but then they still add the extra fee! Yes it is just R20.00 but R20.00 every time can be a lot of money!!! And how many people do they do this with!!!

Yes I understand that EFT takes longer to reflect but I can't pay earlier than month end and they should make exception for that!!! I also send the proof of payments but no luck!! And by the 12th when the statements is printed they still didn't allocated the payment??

I am now already an hour on the phone holding for the people to figure out why I have the collections letter fee!! First person I explained it for a half an hour and now the next person doesn't understand it too??? Made a full payment end of Sept of R6000.00 and said that I should have paid R34.00 by the 1st as well!? Three days later??? Even if I pay my account in full I still need to make that extra payment??

They are incompetent to do their job!!!

And don't say that "your apologies for the inconvenience and you will give me a call or that or that or that..." DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT THAT IT DOESN'T HAPPEN AGAIN!!!
