I have been harassed by Absa's collections dep to make payment on my credit card.
I keep telling them that I have made payment, I have send through the pop many times but still I keep getting called even at 8 in the night which is not allowed according to the CPA. I decided to call the collections dep on saturday I get through to Chomano which keeps reminding me my acc is in arrears and I keep telling her I made a payment but it doesn't reflect on the system I have always made payment to this account so where has my money's gone and she confirms the account details, she gives me number to fax my pops to and a contact num I call this num but its only fax numbers. After that I decide to call again I speak to Monica which was very helpful she gives me the missing payments email address. This morning I call again and speak to Lesi and I explain everything all over again, he had a very bad attitude to start off with I ask him why the lady gave me fax numbers, and ask him if anyone knows what their doing there? and he then advises me I need to call the missing payments dep I call them and guess what its another fax number. Does anyone know what's going on there seriously?
