I have an account with capitec bank I took a loan last year September due to personal problems I paid it bad.
My account was handed over to Ihobe collections which I had a problem with from the first when I dealt with them.
First they told me that I can only make the first payment with them after 2-3 months I asked why they told me it's their policy.
I had to email [Email Removed] for me to be able to make the payments.
Now the problem that am having with Ihobe collections is that first they never wanted me to have a debt order with them and they time to allocate my payments.
So that the can be interest on my account and what is also confusing me every day my outstanding balance accumulate an interest.
My goal is to pay off this loan by December 2013 but with service that am getting with Ihobe collections it is very impossible. It takes them more than a month to allocate a payment so that the will be interest which i do not even understand and they do not want me to havae a debt order with them.
I have complained about Ihobe collections but I don't see no difference.
