Account has been paid but they keep on phoning me

I bought a new car and was financed thru mfc this year in June 13. I have been paying my car every month and have proof of payments for every payment.
MFC and Nedbank keeps on phoning me to say i owe money on my car, i have emailed my proof of payments thru 5 times already and by some miracle no one can update the system... what is going on, is this what i have signed up for... to be harassed every day with phone calls and smses?? i will not take this for the next 4 year... can someone PLEASE update the system so that the call centre can stop phoning me. This is very frustrating as it keeps on happening... doesn't matter if i send proof of payments or not!!!

The details are below who i have sent thru proof of payments to. And it is always the same people that phones me.so either they don't understand what im saying or they are not properly trained to work on the system.
