RCS doesn't want to close my paid up account

I have paid up my RCS account about a month ago (4-April-2013), RCS has been giving me the run around, not allocating the payment that was made to them to settle my RCS account. I have made numerous calls to get them to allocate my payment because every time I visit one of the 3rd party distributors (Game or Foschini) to check if they have settled, the account still shows an outstanding balance. I sent proof of payment which took them a month to allocate. I called them again, they confirmed that payment was allocated and they will close it and update my ITC status but till this day, my ITC record reflects me as a bad payer even though I have settled. They have even offered to send me a paid up letter within 24 hours, till this day I have not received anything. I need answers, someone is not doing their job. I've had it with you people. Please close my account, clear my name on ITC and send me a paid up letter immediately.

I know I'm not the only person to have this happen to them. I don't know if it's your strategy to get me to continue to use this card again like the last time you refused to close when I paid it for the first time. I need response now. PLEASE RCS, for once
