I had called in on 2 May to get a settlement figure, I was told it takes 5 working days to get a settlement letter to which I can use as written proof of what is needed to settle my account. I was given a verbal figure and it could not be explained to my satisfaction why it could take the best part of a week to access their interface and type out a letter. Also I had to take 3 times and hold on for between 10 -30 minutes to speak to any consultant (s). in the voice over recording it says "Please hold on to speak to one of our experts" yet whenever I got through and asked for a settlement figure or amount I was immediately transferred for another long wait to another department and it went on from department to a new department.

I did eventually get a settlement figure and made payment, I was advised to call in on the 6th May as it was indicated that this is when the payment should reflect, and that my request for a settlement letter was logged. I called again in the 6th and Fhazline took an hour on the phone to try to find the payment and it was said its it some strange branch account and that I would need to wait another 3 days as they need to move the funds across.
