Legal matter reported but still pending

I moved from another company that offers the same legal services as clientele but i think they all the same, their ambassador claim they will assist you with legal matters but i think that's all,

I reported a legal accident with clientele and even today it hasn't been resolved and yet i don't miss their monthly payments, the lady called Luleka was helping but i still have not been assisted, they actually told me to submit the matter to the court myself and i wonder what i actually pay for if i must do the legal claims directly with court,

It was an accident case and still i have not been able to have claim processed satisfactorily, my mom is with clientele, my sister my cousins because i convinced them to join clientele, i think i am gonna leave client ell legal soon because effectively i am paying for nothing.
