After repeatedly complaining that a cell phone I ordered in October 2013 was not delivered to me and nobody could give me a clear answer as to what the problem was, and twice making a complaint on HP site, FNB 'Complaints Resolution' responsible person assured me that my complaint was elevated to the relevant manager. Still no delivery or feedback today: 06 January 2014. My phone was last night and I needed a phone to use so I went to the Killarney branch to sort this out for me. The consultant at the branch was arrogant!!! eventually after passing between 3 call centres, 40 minutes later, I am told that the order had been cancelled on the 29th October 2013 and no order to re-issue the phone had been received. So from that feedback I gather that nothing was done despite receiving a response via HP that the manager would sort this out. I eventually had to buy a phone and do a sim swop a second time, at my own expense. Atrocious service from FNB for a Platinum account holde
