Utterly atrocious Service By Cell C

Good day,

I refer back to my original complaint of December, as well as March. I had to call Cell C to find out what is happening with my phone, as I have not received any feedback.

Today I contacted the call centre, and was referred to the repair centre, and they have the nerve to tell me that I need to pay for the repairs of my phone as it is no longer under warranty. Firstly, this phone has been sent to Cell C twice already for the same problem (and was under warranty at the time), and wasn't fixed. How do you justify asking a customer to pay for repairs, when clearly it was not repaired the previous times it was sent to Cell C. I have been calling Cell C about the same problem for quite some time already, please refer back to your recorded calls. I was also told that it is Cell C's policy to issue a customer with a replacement phone, after the 3rd time it has been booked in for the same problem. What happened to that policy?

I have never experienced such atrocious customer service in my life. I would like a manager to call me, and let me know how I would go about cancelling my contract, as Cell C is clearly not interested in resolving my complaint.

Utterly disgusted.
