Good Day

i'm so disappointed in the poor service i received from the MTN Stone Ridge branch.

My Sony Xperia has a software fault that my phone keeps on rebooting all the time this happened on Thursday the 17th of October i took it in and the service adviser booked my phone in and said i will receive a call by no later then Monday the 21st October with feedback, no one called so i decided to call the branch to find out if my phone was fixed this was yesterday the 24th of October the lady said my phone is fixed i can come and collect my phone, i came to the branch to collect the phone and the phone was not repaired at all, all that was done they done a factory reset and gave it back to me with the same problem, (do they really think that customers are), that's when i called the manager because i was getting no where with the sales consultant, i asked the manager whats going to happen and he said he doesnt know it has to be rebooked and he can only give me a answer after that after a week of not having my phone and all that was done is nothing so my phone is re-booked with the same problem and i have to wait another week on hopefully having my phone fixed what a joke.
