On 23 January 2014 I ordered food online from Mr. Delivery with a delivery charge of R 35 odd, the following day I ordered food again just to find out that all of a sudden the delivery charges has gone up with R 10, which is not the price specified on the website. After a huge struggle to talk to the manager this issue was resolved and my order was eventually placed at approximately 12:30. At 14:15 I phoned Mr. Delivery as I still didnt receive my order. Just to find out the the driver had car problems and that my food will take another 40 minutes! As no-one will eat lunch close to 15:00 and the fact that I had to leave home at 14:30, Ettienne informed me that my money would be refunded in 24 hours. I have contacted them on Monday, the 27th of January again as no money was refunded. Just to find out that nobody knew about the matter. After requesting that someone must phone me back, nobody did. Today, the 29th of January I enquired again. After holding on for about 15 minutes, the manager on duty could still not tell me why my money has not been refunded. If you phone their head office to lodge a complaint, you get an answering machine which will send an sms, nothing to date sent.
