FNB's ABUSE OF POWER

My Uncle took a Student loan for me and he banks with FNB, I have been paying the loan myself I bank with a different bank. I thought last month would be the last payment coz I've been paying it for 4 YRS, I found out the loan is not finished. I made arrangements to pay R1000 instead of payingR750 that I normally pay every month the extraR250 would be for the month I missed to cover the arrear. At the end of this month FNB deducted R1000 from my uncle's account and deducted a R1000 from my account. I called the collection department and they told me the R1000 that was deducted from my account paid for the loan but they don't know where theR1000 from uncle's account went to but it was not paid onto the loan account. My uncle went to FNB today to find out about the payment and he was told it was paid onto the loan account. I want to know who gave FNB the right to deduct on both accounts. I did make arrangements that I will be paying a bit more to cover the 1month arrear which isR1000 for the next 3 months why did they have to deduct from my uncle's account as well. The sad part is the is nothing we can do about this because we the little ppl they have more clients and they are the big Bank
