I took my Blackberry 9300 to Cell C Cresta on Friday 22nd March 2013 for repairs. When I went to the store one and a half months later, I was told that my phone was at the Randburg Branch. The gentleman who assisted me told he would give me feedback but no feedback was received. During the following week, when I called the store and requested to speak to the Store Manager he indicated he would follow up for me and call me with feedback but I'm still waiting for that call. On Wednesday 8th May 2013 I went to Cell C Cresta again to find out what was happening with my phone. Simon dealt with me, who did not listen to me and wasted 20 minutes of my time on hold with customer service instead of listening to me and calling the Randburg branch to find out where my phone was. When I asked to speak to the manager, nobody could assist me. Eventually what seemed to be the assistant manager came to assist me and told me they would call me with feedback and to date AGAIN NO FEEDBACK HAS BEEN RECEIVED. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHERE MY PHONE IS AND WHEN I WILL GET IT BACK. I WILL NOT GO TO RANDBURG TO COLLECT MY PHONE AS I DROPPED IT OFF AT THE CRESTA BRANCH AND EXPECT TO DELIVER IT THERE.
