Still no cell phone delivered since 17 Oct 2013

I ordered a Blackberry phone via FNB Telesales on 17th October 2013. I lodged a complaint on 'Hello Peter' on 6th December 2013 because I still had not received my phone despite numerous calls to FNB, the courier company and MTN which I had to do in my personal capacity. After my initial complaint on 'Hello Peter' I got a response from FNB saying they were escalating my complaint to the Premier Banking Division on the 6th December. I have had a few enquiries from an FNB staff member from the Premier Resolution Centre to inform me that my complaint has been escalated to the Senior Manager from the Smartphone division and also to enquire if anybody from FNB has contacted me. To date nobody has contacted me to give me an update on my phone. I am Premier accountholder and I have been an FNB client for over 20 years! This is unacceptable service from FNB
