I emailed [Email Removed] on the 22 November 2013 to cancel a debit order as I was in the process of changing banks. Guess what? I got no response or feedback on the email I sent to this day. Furthermore the debit order still went through on the 1 December 2013... Your service is pathetic. I would like to cancel my insurance with you. I will move to Outsurance. I would rather pay more, and get the proper service I deserve. Whats even more funny, is the January debit order went off this morning too. Obviously I cannot email your customer service, as no response is received, so I would rather vent on this site. Maybe I will be taken seriously. Do not call me. I do want to speak to any of you. Just send me confirmation that the policy is cancelled as of 31 January 2014 (which gives you time to process whatever you need to process, and gives me time to move to another insurer) as the money that went off my account this morning will be the LAST amount of money you ever debit from my account. I am extremely serious. This is your notice. Close my policy immediately. Do not call and give me promises. Just cancel the policy and send me confirmation.
