They refuse to cancel the debit orde

I sent an email to Nicky at Solidarateit, on 11 Jan 2013 to cancel my legal membership with solidarity, she has read my email as I got a read reply, but she has not responded, I sent her ANOTHER email on 6 February 2013 asking her if she has cancelled this policy, today is the 6 March, 3 months later, and they are still debiting my account with this fee of R70.00, yet she reads all the email I send to her, this is because I have clearly stated and asked for them to stop debiting me and to cancel the debit order, because this policy is of no good to me as it doesnt help me in any way, they just refuse to cancel my policy, they just refuse to reply to me, they ignore my emails, but when they call you to sell you these policies, they go out of their way very quickly to get your money from you! I want this policy cancelled, and I want a refunds as of the month of February and March which they were not supposed to debit, I want that refund in my account this week still, and I want that debit order cancelled with immediate effect
