Increased bank charges without notice

When i was going through my statement, i noticed the cost for my silver credit card increased with almost 30% without any notice from Absa. When i checked on their website, sit old tariffs were still on the website. I would like to know how this can happen, please, and i would like confirmation of the current tarifff on a silver value bundle credit card. The rebate recieved was however the old tariff.
