TRYING TO CANCEL MY POLICY

I've just spoken to Samual at Outsurance, I've taken out Car Insurance and would like to cancel my policy. No debit order has gone off and the vehicle is currenty not covered untill 1 December 2013 by Outsurance. In his attemp to convince me that the insurance should be kept with Outsurance I've said many times that the policy must be canceled. Why should I explain myself and my financial needs to anyone, but Samual keeps on asking questions. I've instructed that my Policy must be cancelled!!! Should a customer first take action before you listen to them or are you use to treating customers like fools!

I need my Policy cancelled and no debit order must be taken from my account!
