Unable to confirm cancellation of policy

On 3 occasions I phoned for a better quote on my insurance with Outsurance which they could not give me. I insured my son's vehicle only with them as at the sage they could not give me a better rate for my whole package. I now got a better premium for my whole package and I have been trying to cancel my policy since the 1st of June 2013. I have mailed and mailed and mailed different people and spoke to a bloke that claims to be a senior that suddenly wants to give me a better premium, which I was not interested in, because why now, but still no confirmation that my policy is cancelled. What do you have to do to get OUT. Now they are going to debit my account and it is going to cost me money to go to my bank to cancel the debit order. Please can I just get confirmation that my policy is cancelled and that no debit order will go off!!!
