No help in 3 days!!!

I was involved in an accident around noon on 01 Jan 14. I've been trying to claim with no luck. No answer from the call center. I left a request for a call back on the phone but never received a call. I sent an email and still no response. I tried to claim online via the website but even that was unsuccessful. Tried requesting a callback online as well, got a reference number but no call still. It's been 3 days of trying now! How much more money should I waste holding on the line for 20min at a time? Late yesterday I managed to get through to another department that tried to get me through to claims but with no luck and promised I would get a call early in the morning. Still waiting. This is really shocking. My car has not even been assessed yet because we can't get through. I have tried to be patient but this is really disappointing to say the least.
