Good Morning

I am an existing client with MiWay and have to say that I have ALWAYS experienced wonderful and friendly service until the day I had an unfortunate accident and had to claim.

On the 18 January I spoke to Johan Ras in the claims department to assist me with my claim and he guided me to what is needed for the claim to be done. After getting all the documentation ready it was sent to Johan Ras on the 22 January 2013 Johan said that the claim will be sorted and that He will be in contact with me with regards to the claim, nevertheless I AM STILL WAITING FOR A PHONE CALL, if I didnt phone on a continual basis the claim would not have been sorted! On the 28th January tried calling Johan with no luck only got the voicemail, I left a voicemail and sent an e-mail - NO REPSONSE!!! I then decided to contact the Panelbeaters that had ownership of my vehicle, they said to me that an Assessor from MiWay came out to see the Vehicle on the Friday 25 January!! Today 6 February 17 Days later I receive the proof of payment thanks to Bianca! I am very dissapointed in the service I got from the Claims department and sad that I had to pay for car rental! Nothing went My Way- Not Happy
