No response/feedback regarding a claim

I submitted my claim on 09 July 2013, I bumped into someone's car. The consultant who assisted me was James. After a week I tried to contact him telephonically three times but with no luck, even left a message. I then spoke to another consultant who told me that my car has been assessed at around -R8000 less the R3000 access I have to pay, then the guy told me that this issue should have solved as its not a big claim but anyway couldn't help me any further further as James is handling my case, he then made notes and sent a mail to James at [Email Removed] for him to get back to me and two days passed without James calling me. I then called James on his office number, there was no answer and the call was redirected to some lady who told me that James is sitting next to her and told her my story and she said she will pass my message to james. Hours later I received an sms from james saying they are busy validating my claim and I shud give my claim no to the third party and he must call their legal department, that was on 17th and I'm still waiting. I have to say I'm really disappointed with the kind of service I'm getting from James/miway. I was expecting more.
